What to Expect at Your First Visit
Initial Paperwork
Upon arrival, our friendly staff will help you complete a brief health history and intake form. This allows us to understand your current concerns, medical background, and goals for care.
You may also download and complete the paperwork in advance if you prefer.
Comprehensive Examination
Your chiropractor will perform a thorough examination to determine an accurate diagnosis. This includes relevant orthopaedic and neurological tests to identify whether your symptoms are originating from joints, discs, muscles, or nerves.
We take the time to explain our findings clearly, so you understand what is causing your discomfort and what can be done to help.
Advanced Diagnostics (When Required)
X-rays or other imaging are rarely required and are only recommended when clinically necessary. If imaging is indicated, we will refer you to an accredited radiology provider, with bulk-billed services available.
If you have had previous imaging, please bring it with you or let us know where it was performed. We can access most major imaging providers directly from our clinic.
Personalised Care and Treatment
Following your examination, we will discuss your diagnosis and whether chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition. In most cases, treatment is provided during your first visit.
