Our chiropractic services begin with an initial consultation that lasts 30 to 45 minutes and is priced at $110. This session includes a thorough medical evaluation to diagnose your condition accurately, and we provide treatment on the same day to start your journey towards better health.

X-rays are not usually required as they focus on bones and fail to show soft tissues, discs, and ligaments. However, on rare occasions, we might advise further imaging, such as an MRI, CT scan, or X-ray, if necessary for a more precise diagnosis.

The cost for follow-up appointments is $68 per visit. Patients referred by their General Practitioner (GP) might qualify for Medicare-subsidised care, which can offset up to $58.30 per visit. This benefit allows for up to five visits annually, potentially reducing the financial burden of chiropractic care.

The number of chiropractic visits you need varies based on your specific condition, severity, medical history, and factors like work stress and overall health. Generally, long-standing issues may take more visits to improve.

Review the details of your policy’s “extras” coverage to determine if your health insurance plan covers chiropractic services. Many insurance plans commonly include chiropractic care as part of these additional benefits. This step will ensure you understand your entitlements and can maximise your coverage for chiropractic treatments.

Wear comfortable clothes like tracksuit pants and a T-shirt for your chiropractic appointment. This choice allows easy movement and direct access to treatment without the need to strip down or wear a gown. This helps keep your visit simple and comfortable so you can focus on your recovery.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at our Narre Warren or Caulfield North clinics, please call our office at (03) 9704 6567. You will receive a reminder SMS the day before your appointment. However, please note that you cannot respond to the SMS for rescheduling or cancellation. It is important to give us as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment so that we can allocate the time slot to someone else. Thank you for your cooperation.

In Australia, chiropractors cannot use the title “Specialist.” However, our chiropractors have advanced their education significantly. Dr. Peter Farrelly has earned postgraduate qualifications in Ergonomics, focusing on the impact of work on the body. He also learned the Active Release Technique (ART) and achieved Diplomate status with the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Dr Sophia Navin has specialised in Neuro Rehabilitation through extensive further studies.

A referral is not necessary. Chiropractors can assess and treat without a referral from a doctor.
